Burlington Consult, LLC provides immigration strategy and advisory services. This engagement does not constitute the practice of law and does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Burlington Consult is not a law firm. The firm provides strategic advisory services relating to the preparation and filing of Einstein Visa (EB-1A) and NIW (EB-2) petitions to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Immigration petition outcomes are determined solely by USCIS. Burlington Consult does not and cannot guarantee approval of any petition. Past performance, approval rates, and case outcomes referenced on this website or in engagement materials are historical and do not guarantee future results.
Clients are responsible for:
Advisory fees are set out in the engagement proposal provided to each client. Payment terms, including any deferred or phased arrangements, are confirmed in writing before the engagement commences. The $1,000 consultation fee is credited in full toward the engagement fee if the client proceeds within 30 days. Payments are processed via Stripe, Inc.
All client information, materials, and communications are treated as strictly confidential. Burlington Consult will not disclose client information to any third party without the client's express written consent, except as required to prepare and file the immigration petition or as required by law.
All content on the Burlington Consult website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of Burlington Consult, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Burlington Consult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services. Burlington Consult's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total advisory fees paid by the client for that engagement.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
