Each petition is assessed by USCIS on its individual merits.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing complete, accurate, and truthful information and documentation
- Responding to requests for information and materials in a timely manner
- Reviewing and approving all petition materials before submission to USCIS
- Paying USCIS government filing fees directly to USCIS (these are separate from Burlington Consult's advisory fee)
- Disclosing any prior U.S. immigration history, denials, or pending applications
Fees and payment
Advisory fees are set out in the engagement proposal provided to each client. Payment terms, including any deferred or phased arrangements, are confirmed in writing before the engagement commences. The $250 consultation fee is credited in full toward the engagement fee if the client proceeds within 30 days of the consultation. Payments are processed via Stripe, Inc.
Confidentiality
All client information, materials, and communications are treated as strictly confidential. Burlington Consult will not disclose client information to any third party without the client's express written consent, except as required to prepare and file the immigration petition or as required by law.
