What happens if USCIS requests more evidence — or denies.

Immigration adjudication often involves discretion. Our dual-petition strategy and refiling protection give you multiple pathways to success.

Request for Evidence (RFE)

Professional fees do not include government RFE filing costs. We must handle the RFE for the guarantee to remain valid under Option 2.

If a petition is denied

Under Option 2: we refile at no additional professional fee (you cover government fees), or you receive a 60% refund instead of refiling.

If the second filing is also denied

Under Option 2: we refund 100% of the professional fee. Full protection.

Important: We reserve the discretion to determine which clients qualify for either engagement option. Fees are discussed after consultation and are based on the strength and complexity of each profile. Government filing fees and related expenses are always handled separately by the client.
